Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your cast iron skillet or kitchenware in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
